1. What it is used for

The C40T is a 230 V mains-powered pressure washer designed for flushing and degreasing heat exchangers, including those in chillers, VRF systems and industrial HVAC systems. A control knob adjusts the pressure across a range of 10–40 bar, and the pump with ceramic-coated pistons delivers a flow of up to 6 l/min.

The pressure washer takes water from a tap or draws it from a bucket or tank, so it also works without a connection to the water supply. The cleaning agent is dosed by the 1:3 chemical kit or applied with the foam lance.

Note: Do not add chemicals directly to the water.

Pressure 10–40 bar during operation. The control knob infinitely varies the pressure across the 10–40 bar range, even while you are cleaning, and the pressure gauge on top of the housing shows the set value.
Chemical dosing from 1:3 to 1:10. The chemical kit doses the agent at a ratio of 1:3, and with a pre-diluted concentrate you can achieve ratios from 1:4 to 1:10.

4. Applications

Chillers and VRF systems

The pressure washer flushes and degreases the coils of chillers and VRF systems at a pressure matched to the degree of soiling and the type of component.

Indoor and outdoor units

Pressure control lets you clean indoor unit fins gently and clean outdoor unit condensers with a stronger jet.

Casings and service surfaces

The pressure washer also removes dust and deposits from unit casings and other service surfaces.
