Cookie policy
Effective from 1 November 2026
This policy describes what information the wipcool.pl website stores on and reads from your device. The website is operated by 4REF sp. z o.o., registered office in Białystok (ul. Gen. Władysława Andersa 38, 15-113 Białystok, KRS 0000645680). We describe how we process personal data in our Privacy policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. Browser local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage) and third-party scripts that read information from your device work in a similar way. In this policy we refer to all of these technologies as ‘cookies’.
Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law Act of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), we may store without your consent only the information necessary for the website and the services you request to work. For everything else we need your prior consent.
2. Your choice
- On your first visit you see a consent banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched off by default.
- You can accept all, reject all or choose categories. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting.
- Rejecting or not giving consent does not block the website. All website features work in the same way.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the footer of every page or the button below this policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- We store your choice in your browser. If you delete the website data or use a different browser or device, the banner will appear again.

Our own statistics do not store cookies or identifiers in your browser (apart from the session storage entry listed above) and do not include your IP address. The aggregated data is stored by Cloudflare, as described in our Privacy policy.
Google Analytics 4 runs in Google Consent Mode (Consent Mode v2). We load the Google script only after you consent to analytics cookies. The advertising consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to ‘denied’ by default; we change them to ‘granted’ only if you consent to marketing cookies. Without consent to analytics cookies, the Google script is not loaded at all, so marketing consent then applies only to Meta Pixel. We load the Meta Pixel script only after you consent to marketing cookies. When you withdraw your consent, we immediately notify Google and Meta of the withdrawal, and from the next page view we no longer load their scripts; you can delete any cookies stored earlier in your browser settings.

5. What we do not use
Apart from the tools listed above, we do not use any other analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not embed videos, maps or social media plug-ins. We serve fonts from our own server. Links to Google Maps, InPost, shops and distributors are ordinary links: data is sent to these companies only when you click and go to their website.
6. Browser settings
You can also view and delete cookies and website data in your browser settings, and block third-party cookies. If you block local storage, the website will not remember the selected country or your decision in the banner and will ask for them again on your next visit.
7. Contact and changes
Please send questions about cookies to bok [at] wipcool.pl. We update this policy when the tools used on the website change. If we add a new tool that requires consent, we will activate it only after obtaining your consent to it.
