1. What it is used for

The pump delivers descaler solution from the tank to the appliance or system being cleaned, and the solution returns to the tank through the return hose. The circulating solution removes scale, deposits and contaminants that build up during operation.

The maximum flow rate is 33 l/min, the max. head is 24 m and the working pressure is 2.8 bar. The pump is self-priming, has acid-resistant components and works with descaling agents intended for HVAC systems.

WortexFlow cleaning method. The WortexFlow method uses a swirling water motion that provides continuous, stable flushing and removes contaminants from inside the system.
Integrated solution tank. The pump has a built-in tank for the cleaning solution, from which the solution goes directly into the system being cleaned.

4. Applications

Descaling a boiler or heat exchanger

The pump descales individual appliances, e.g. a boiler or a plate heat exchanger, connected to it with hoses in a closed loop.

Flushing central heating systems

Connected to the heating system with hoses, the pump forms a closed loop with it and flushes it with the circulating solution.

Condensers and oil coolers

The CDS24 also cleans condensers, oil coolers and water pipes in heating and cooling systems.

Cooling systems

The pump also flushes water-based cooling systems, e.g. chilled water systems, in the same way as central heating systems.
