Wipcool HD-1 Deburring Tool

Deburring tool for removing burrs from tube and sheet metal edges, with a 360° swivel blade with titanium coating. Supplied with 2 standard blades.

1. What it is used for

The HD-1 deburring tool removes burrs from tube and sheet metal edges. The blade, mounted in its holder, swivels through 360°.

The hardened high-speed steel (HSS) blades have a wear-resistant titanium coating. The tool is supplied with 2 standard blades: one fits in the holder, the other is stored in a compartment in the handle with a closing cap. Further blades are available as OHD-1.

Titanium-coated HSS blade. The hardened high-speed steel blade has a wear-resistant titanium coating.
Spare blade in the handle. The second blade supplied is stored under the handle cap, so you can replace a blunt blade straight away on site.
