1. What it is used for

The MRM55os is a refrigerant recovery machine with a built-in oil separator that separates the oil from the recovered refrigerant. It has an oil-free, air-cooled reciprocating compressor, an upright housing, and gauges and a mode knob on top. The machine recovers group III, IV and V refrigerants, including R32 and R1234yf (A2L class) as well as R410A.

You can recover refrigerant as vapour, as liquid or using the Push/Pull method - for group V refrigerants, liquid recovery reaches 2.2 kg/min. After recovery is complete, the machine purges itself with the knob in the PURGE position.

Gauges on top of the housing. The low-side gauge shows the pressure at the compressor inlet and the high-side gauge the pressure at the outlet; both are visible from above, next to the mode knob and the ON/OFF button.
Shut-off at 38.5 bar. The internal pressure switch stops the machine when the pressure exceeds 38.5 bar.
Service port at the rear of the housing. The service port at the rear of the housing makes it easier to replace the piston ring and the air valve core.

Large systems - Push/Pull method

In large systems holding more than 10 kg of liquid refrigerant, the machine recovers it using the Push/Pull method - at up to 6.5 kg/min for group V refrigerants.
