Wipcool P15J Condensate Atomiser

Condensate atomiser in an IPX4-rated housing for air conditioners with a cooling capacity of up to 8.8 kW, also suitable for installation under the outdoor unit. It sprays condensate as a fine mist through two metal nozzles where draining it to the sewer or outside the building is difficult.

1. What it is used for

The P15J disposes of condensate from an air conditioner without a drain connection: it sprays it through nozzles as a fine mist, which reduces water dripping from the unit. A diaphragm pump in a protective housing delivers the condensate through a hose to two metal nozzles. The max. suction lift is 1.5 m. With 2 nozzles the flow rate is up to 10 l/h, and the unit is designed for air conditioners with a cooling capacity of up to 8.8 kW.

The atomiser starts automatically when the start level is reached and stops when the water level drops. The housing is rated IPX4. When installed under the outdoor unit, the atomiser can stay there over winter without being removed or drained.

Float switch inside or outside the housing. The float switch can operate inside or outside the housing, depending on the installation method and the space available.
Alarm connection to the air conditioner. The NC/COM alarm contact on the 1.5 m signal cable lets you connect the atomiser to the air conditioner, which reduces the risk of leaks if the atomiser fails.
LEDs and spirit level on the housing. Three LEDs indicate power, operation and alarm, and the built-in spirit level makes it easier to level the atomiser during installation.
