Wipcool HD-2 Deburring Tool

Deburring tool for removing burrs from tube and sheet metal edges, supplied with a 25 mm countersink blade and a standard blade. The blades are titanium-coated.

1. What it is used for

The HD-2 deburring tool is used to remove burrs from tube and sheet metal edges. It comes with 1 countersink blade 25 mm and 1 standard blade. The blade rotates 360° in its holder.

The hardened high-speed steel (HSS) blades have a wear-resistant titanium coating. The handle has a compartment for 1 spare blade, closed with a cap. Replacement blades are available as OHD-1 and OHD-2.

Countersink and standard blades. The set includes two types of blade, so you can work with either the countersink blade or the standard blade using one deburring tool.
Titanium-coated HSS blades. Both hardened high-speed steel blades have a wear-resistant titanium coating.
Spare blade in the handle. The compartment under the handle cap holds 1 blade, so the second blade from the set is always with the tool.
