The HD-2 deburring tool removes burrs from tube and sheet metal edges. It differs from the HD-1 in its blade set: instead of two standard blades, it comes with 1 countersink blade 25 mm and 1 standard blade. The blade rotates 360° in its holder.
The blades are made of hardened high-speed steel (HSS) with a wear-resistant titanium coating. The handle has a storage compartment for 1 spare blade, closed with a cap. Replacement blades are available as OHD-1 and OHD-2.

The set includes two types of blade, so you can work with either a countersink blade or a standard blade using one deburring tool.

Spare blade in the handle
The compartment under the handle cap holds 1 blade, so the second blade from the set is always with the tool.
