Wipcool HTW-80 Torque Wrench

Digital torque wrench for tightening connections to a specified torque in HVAC and refrigeration systems. It has a range of 1.2–80 N·m with an accuracy of ±2 %, and its adjustable jaws fit nuts from 5–30 mm.

1. What it is used for

The HTW-80 wrench is used to tighten connections to a specified torque, particularly in HVAC and refrigeration systems. The adjustable jaws fit nuts and fittings from 5–30 mm, and the supplied round 3/8" ratchet head lets you work with sockets. The LED display shows the current torque.

The wrench works in both directions and has two measuring modes: Peak and Tracking. It is powered by AAA batteries and, when not under load, switches off automatically after 120 s of inactivity.

Note: Switch the wrench on and off only when it is not under load.

Adjustable jaws 5–30 mm. The jaws fit nuts and fittings of different sizes, so you do not need to change tools between connections.
Torque in the unit your documentation uses. The U button switches between N·m, lb·ft, lb·in, kg·cm and kg·m, so you do not need to convert the torque given in the equipment documentation.
Alert before the torque is exceeded. From 80 % of the maximum value the wrench gives an audible warning, at 90 % a yellow LED lights up and at 100 % a red LED, helping you avoid damaging the thread with excessive force.
Memory for settings and readings. The wrench stores the 10 most frequently used torque values and up to 500 saved readings, which you can view and delete.
