Wipcool PWM-40 Socket Fusion Welder for PP Pipes

Socket fusion welder for joining PP and PE pipes and fittings with diameters of 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm, with head temperature adjustable from 100–320 °C. Heating sockets for these diameters are included.

1. What it is used for

The Wipcool PWM-40 socket fusion welder for PP pipes joins plastic pipes and fittings, such as PP and PE, in installation and service work. Heating sockets for 20, 25, 32 and 40 mm pipes are included.

The head temperature is set electronically in the range 100–320 °C, and the welder has a power rating of 900 W. The unit is designed for indoor use.

Note: Do not use metal tools to clean the heating sockets.

Head temperature 100–320 °C. The ▲ and ▼ buttons change the head temperature in the range 100–320 °C, and the set value is shown on the digital display.
Heating status LEDs. A red LED indicates heating and a green LED indicates that the set temperature has been reached, so you know when you can start welding.
