Wipcool R2 Oil Charging Pump

Manual pump with a foot plate for adding refrigeration oil to the compressor of a running system. One stroke of the lever delivers up to 75 ml of oil against a back pressure of up to 15 bar.

1. What it is used for

The R2 is a manual refrigeration oil charging pump with a foot plate that keeps the pump steady while you pump. Oil is delivered to the compressor while the system is running, so you do not need to switch it off while charging. The pump works with all types of refrigeration oil.

One stroke of the lever delivers up to 75 ml of oil, and the pump overcomes a back pressure of up to 15 bar. The transfer tube with a copper pick-up tube draws oil from the container, and the 1.5 m high-pressure discharge hose connects the pump to the compressor valve.

Foot plate keeps the pump steady. With your foot on the plate, the pump cannot slide or turn, and you can push the lever harder against the high pressure of a running compressor.
Dose measured by lever strokes. One stroke of the lever delivers up to 75 ml of oil, so you can easily control the amount added by counting the strokes.
Oil pumped straight from the container. The universal cap adapts itself to the openings of 3.8 l, 9.5 l and 19 l jugs and 5, 10 and 20 l containers, so you do not need to decant the oil.
No oil backflow from the system. The anti-backflow design protects the system when oil is delivered under pressure.
