1. What it is used for

R6 PRO is an electric refrigeration oil charging pump designed for topping up and changing oil in the compressors of chillers, industrial systems, cold stores and marine refrigeration. It works with all types of refrigeration oil, especially high-viscosity oils. Its non-sparking design means it is also suitable for systems with A2L refrigerants (e.g. R32, R1234yf).

The gear pump with a 550 W brushless DC motor delivers up to 300 l/h and overcomes system back pressure of up to 20 bar. The complete pump weighs 3.5 kg. A pressure gauge on top of the pump shows the current working pressure.

Charging against pressure up to 20 bar. The pump delivers oil into the compressor even when the back pressure in the system reaches 20 bar.
Lightweight 3.5 kg pump. With its brushless DC motor, the complete pump weighs 3.5 kg, so it is easy to carry to the chiller.
Pressure visible on the gauge. The shock-resistant pressure gauge shows the current working pressure during charging.

4. Applications

Topping up compressor oil

In chillers and industrial systems, the pump tops up oil through the compressor oil charging valve.

Charging after compressor replacement

When replacing a compressor or changing the oil, the pump draws oil through the suction hose directly from the container.
