1. What it is used for

The CT370 is a machine for mechanical cleaning of heat exchanger tubes in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including shell-and-tube condensers and evaporators in chillers. A brush mounted on a 7.6 m flexible shaft removes scale, deposits and other contaminants from inside the tubes, and water flowing through the shaft helps flush them out. On a 230 V supply, the shaft rotates at a constant 860 rpm.

The machine weighs 24 kg, and its wheels and telescopic handle make it easy to move between job sites. The full set of brushes fits in a compartment in the housing.

1/2"–1" brushes included. Supplied with 2 sets of 9 brushes in sizes from 1/2" to 1", so you can clean tubes of different diameters with one machine.
Shaft and brush with quick-release couplings. Quick-release couplings let you connect the shaft to the machine, and the brush to the end of the shaft, in a few seconds.
Foot-operated shaft rotation. A foot switch on a 3 m cable starts the shaft rotation, leaving your hands free to guide the shaft through the tube.
Water from a tap, bucket or tank. The machine takes water from a tap through the 2 m inlet hose, and where there is no water connection, it draws water from a bucket or tank.
