Wipcool HB-3 / HB-3M user manual
The Wipcool HB-3 and HB-3M are manual lever-type tube benders for copper tube. Each model bends tube in three outside diameters.
The user manual is an integral part of the product. Please read this manual carefully and follow all instructions strictly.

Safety information
- ■Check the condition of the tube bender. Do not use a damaged tool.
- ■Leave enough space for the full movement of the handles and the tube being bent.
- ■If the tube cracks or kinks, or the tube bender jams, stop bending. Do not install damaged or cracked tube.

Warning
Moving parts of the tube bender can crush your fingers. Keep your hands away from the bending area.

Storage
Store the tube bender in a dry place.

Instructions for use

Warning
Tube heated by brazing or annealing can cause burns. Do not touch it with your bare hand.

Step 1
Select the tube bender model and groove to match the outside diameter of the tube, then place the tube in the groove.

Step 2
Pull the moving handle towards the other handle while watching the bending angle scale. Stop bending at the required angle (max. 180°).

Step 3
After bending, move the moving handle back and remove the tube from the tube bender groove. Check the bend.

Maintenance
After use, wipe the tube bender with a dry cloth.

Service and documents
Before submitting a service request, have the following ready:
- ■Model - shown on the product nameplate and the invoice.
- ■Serial number - if there is none, provide the production number (e.g. 11/2025), usually found on the underside of the product.
- ■Proof of purchase - an invoice or receipt from an authorised distributor.
- ■Description of the fault - what is happening, when it started and under what conditions.
