Wipcool MRH user manual

Wipcool MRH hoses are designed for servicing systems with high-pressure refrigerants, including R410A and R32. Sets are available without valves, with CV60° ball valves and with SV service valves.

The user manual is an integral part of the product. Please read this manual carefully and follow all instructions closely.

Safety information

!
Warning
When working with flammable refrigerants (A2L, A3), ensure good ventilation, remove sources of ignition and comply with the regulations applicable to these refrigerants.
!
Warning
Do not exceed the working pressure of 55 bar. Do not use visibly damaged hoses or connections.
  • ■Do not connect hoses to connections of a different size.

The MRH-1 hose has a protective layer, a reinforcing layer and an inner layer that limits refrigerant permeation. The connection nuts are made of brass.

6

Set contents

Each MRH set contains three hoses: yellow, red and blue.

7

Connection

  1. 01Check the model designation and select the connections according to the technical specifications table.
  2. 02Check the condition of the hoses and connections before connecting them.

Connect the hoses according to the instructions for the instrument being connected.

8

Operation

Models without valves do not shut off flow through the hose. The ball valve on the CV60° variant is used to open and shut off flow. The SV service valves shut off flow and allow the hose to be disconnected with less refrigerant loss. Closing the valve alone does not remove refrigerant or pressure trapped in the hose.

Finishing work

!
Warning
Do not release refrigerant by unscrewing the hose.
  1. 01If refrigerant remains in the hose, recover it using a refrigerant recovery machine.
  2. 02Make sure that the section being disconnected is no longer under pressure, and disconnect the hoses.
