Wipcool PTF-80 user manual

The Wipcool PTF-80 Trunking Kit is used to route pipes and cables and cover the condensate pump next to wall-mounted air conditioning units.

The user manual is an integral part of the product. Please read this manual carefully and follow all instructions closely.

Kit contents

After unpacking, check that the kit is complete and in good condition. Report any missing or damaged parts to the seller.

  • ■800 mm length of trunking and trunking cover.
  • ■Elbow and removable elbow cover.
  • ■Wall plate.

Installation

The illustrations show an example installation with a P12C pump.

Step 1
Choose the installation location on the left or right side of the air conditioner's indoor unit. Figure 2. Choosing the installation side.

Secure the elbow, levelling its base as shown in Figure 3. Figure 3. Fixing points and levelling the elbow base.

Measure the required length of trunking, cut it and secure it. Figure 4. Measuring and cutting the trunking; example pump position.

Place the pump on the elbow. Install, connect, test and maintain the pump in accordance with its manual.

Fit the trunking cover and elbow cover.

Maintenance

The removable elbow cover provides access to the pump for replacement or maintenance.

Service and documents

Before submitting a service request, prepare:

  • ■Model - found on the product nameplate and invoice.
  • ■Serial number - if there is no serial number, provide the production number (e.g. 11/2025), usually found on the underside of the product.
  • ■Proof of purchase - an invoice or receipt from an authorised distributor.
  • ■Fault description - what is happening, when it started and under what conditions.
