Where to buy

The TV-15 valve is used for hydraulic leak testing of pipework. The pressure source is a pressure washer with a 1/4" connection - the Wipcool C28T, C28B, C40T or any other pressure washer with this connection. The maximum test pressure is 15 bar and the maximum flow rate is 5 l/min. Water testing is used for heating, water and sprinkler systems, among others.

Note: Do not set the working pressure of the pressure washer higher than 15 bar.

Pressure from your pressure washer, not a pump
If you have a pressure washer with a 1/4" connection, all you need for leak testing is the valve - no separate manual or electric test pump.
Pressure adjustment and reading
The regulating valve lets you set the test pressure, the pressure gauge shows its value and the ON/OFF valve closes the circuit for the duration of the test.
Further circuits with one pressure washer
Once the quick-release coupling is disconnected, the valve stays on the circuit under test, while the same pressure washer with a second test valve pressurises the next circuit.
