Warranty coverage:
- Wipcool brand tools are under warranty when purchased from an authorized distributor. The warranty is from 12 to 24 months from the date of purchase, but no more than 30 months from the first sale in Poland by 4REF sp. z o.o.
How to make a claim:
- Please submit all claims via the dedicated form on our website.
Documents needed for application:
- Proof of purchase.
- Completed claim form available at.
Warranty exceptions:
- Parts of the device that wear out naturally.
- Damage resulting from external causes, such as natural disasters.
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.
Consideration of the application:
- The standard processing time is 14 working days. In cases requiring delivery of spare parts, this time may extend to 28 working days.
Shipping costs:
- If the complaint is accepted, the shipping costs are paid by 4REF Ltd. In case of an unfounded claim, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Responsibility:
- The distributor is not responsible for losses resulting from product failure.
