The MRS60 scale measures the weight of refrigerant and controls its flow during charging and recovery. You set the refrigerant quantity, minimum 50 g, on the wireless Bluetooth remote, and the built-in solenoid valve shuts off the flow once the scale has measured the set weight.

The platform has a capacity of 60 kg and a resolution of 4 g, and the supplied valve, which screws into the M10 thread on the platform, allows you to charge the system from an inverted cylinder. With A3 refrigerants, e.g. R290 and R600a, the scale operates in manual mode and gives an audible signal when the set weight is reached.

The platform is powered by 3 x 18650 rechargeable batteries charged via a USB-C port, and the remote by 2 x AAA batteries. The rechargeable batteries and charger are not included due to shipping restrictions.

Remote control up to 5 m from the platform
The remote lets you set the refrigerant quantity and start the process from up to 5 m away from the platform, and runs for up to 30 h on 2 x AAA batteries.
Recovery stopped at 80% cylinder fill
Once you enter the full cylinder weight, the solenoid valve shuts off the flow during recovery when 80% of this value is reached and triggers an alarm.
Repeat a setting with the REPEAT key
The REPEAT key recalls the last charging or recovery setting, so you do not need to re-enter the value for the next identical batch.
Calibration without returning to service
The scale is factory calibrated and, if required, can be calibrated on site using a reference weight from 1 to 60 kg.
