The R1 is a manual pump for adding and removing refrigeration oil when servicing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, designed primarily for smaller refrigeration units. It works with all types of refrigeration oil, and the oil enters the system while the unit is running, so you do not need to switch it off while charging oil.

One stroke of the lever delivers up to 50 ml of oil, and the pump overcomes a back pressure of up to 10 bar. The tapered rubber stopper fits 3.8 l, 9.5 l and 19 l cans as well as 5, 10 and 20 l containers. The oil flows into the system through a 1.5 m clear hose with a 1/4" SAE connection.

Dose measured by lever strokes

One stroke of the lever delivers up to 50 ml of oil, so you can easily control the amount added by counting strokes.

Oil pumped straight from the container

The tapered rubber stopper fits 3.8 l, 9.5 l and 19 l cans as well as 5, 10 and 20 l containers, so you do not need to decant the oil into another vessel.

No oil backflow from the system

The anti-backflow design protects the system when oil is charged under pressure.
