Safety information

!
Warning
Disconnect the power supply to the pump and air conditioner before installation, maintenance or servicing.
  • ■Do not install a damaged pump.
  • ■Coil the power cable so that it cannot be damaged during installation.
  • ■Secure all hose connections with hose clamps. Avoid joining hoses with connectors.
  • ■The pump is not waterproof. Do not install it outdoors or in a location exposed to flooding.
  • ■Do not place electrical equipment or valuable items beneath the pump. A power failure or water leak may cause damage.
!
Caution
The condensate inflow must not exceed the pump capacity. Excessive inflow causes continuous operation and may damage the motor, while a sudden large inflow may cause an overflow.

Transport and storage

Transport

Transport the pump in its original packaging. Do not throw it and protect it from shocks and excessive vibration. Protect it from moisture, dust and extreme temperatures.

Storage

Store the pump horizontally in a dry, well-ventilated place at 5–50 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

9

Application

The pump is used to remove condensate from split system, ducted and cassette air conditioning units.

10

Installation

  1. 01With the power supply to the pump and air conditioner disconnected, select a position below the air conditioner, on its left or right side.
  2. 02Drill holes in the wall and secure the mounting plate using the wall plugs and screws.
  3. 03Remove the cushioning pad shown in figure 4.
  4. 04Hang the pump on the plate and level it. The spirit level bubble must be centred.
  5. 05Connect the hose from the air conditioner's condensate tray to the tank and insert it fully so that it does not obstruct the water level sensor. Route it with a downward fall so that condensate flows by gravity.
  6. 06Connect the pump outlet hose (internal diameter 6 mm, external diameter 9 mm) to the drain pipe. Do not kink or compress the hoses.

Operation

Post-installation test

  1. 01After completing installation and connection, switch on the pump power supply; the indicator light will illuminate red. Pour a small amount of water into the condensate tray of the air conditioner's indoor unit.
  2. 02When the water level in the tank rises, the pump should switch on, discharge the water and switch off. Repeat the test 8–10 times.
  3. 03During testing, check the connections for leaks and listen for unusual noises.

During the first 1–2 cycles, the pump may run louder as it removes air from the system. This is not a fault.

13

Maintenance

!
Warning
Disconnect the power supply to the pump and air conditioner before inspection and cleaning.

General recommendations

Carry out pump maintenance before and after the cooling season.

Do not clean the inside of the pump or work on the water level sensor yourself. Have this work carried out by the service team - submit a request at wipcool.pl/serwis.

Cleaning the housing

Clean the housing without allowing water to come into contact with electrical components. Do not use alcohol, petrol, solvents, corrosive substances or strong detergents. Do not allow chemicals to enter the pump.

During air conditioner maintenance

Keep the pump power supply disconnected until the chemicals used to clean the air conditioner have been thoroughly rinsed away. Residues may damage the pump.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment

  1. 01The crossed-out bin symbol means that the end-of-life device must not be disposed of with other waste.

Under the applicable regulations on waste electrical and electronic equipment, products marked with the separate collection symbol must not be disposed of with other municipal waste. Because they contain harmful substances, electronic products that are not separately sorted may be hazardous to the environment and human health. Proper separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment prevents adverse effects on the environment.

By taking waste equipment to a collection point, you contribute to its reuse, recycling and recovery.

Recycling - a method of protecting the environment. The process of recovering substances from waste that can be reused as raw materials.

Waste recovery - the use (also commonly understood as destruction) of waste that has lost its useful value, such as plastics, paper and cardboard, as secondary raw materials.

Information on the waste electrical and electronic equipment collection system

  • ■Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with other waste.
  • ■Collecting incomplete electrical and electronic equipment and parts from waste equipment is prohibited.
  • ■A distributor delivering equipment intended for households to a purchaser must collect household waste equipment free of charge at the place of delivery, provided that the waste equipment is of the same type and serves the same function as the equipment delivered.
  • ■You may hand over waste equipment to a waste equipment collector, a treatment facility or a municipal waste collector in your municipality.
  • ■Information on collection points is available on the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) websites of regional, city and municipal offices.
16

Service and documents

Before submitting a request, prepare:

  • ■Model - shown on the device rating plate and on the invoice.
  • ■Serial number - if there is none, provide the production number (e.g. 11/2025), usually found on the underside of the device.
  • ■Proof of purchase - an invoice or receipt from an authorised distributor.
  • ■Description of the fault - what is happening, when it started and under what conditions.

You can submit a service request at wipcool.pl/serwis. You will also find the warranty terms there.
