The ADC400 is a digital clamp meter with True RMS measurement. The jaws open to 28 mm, clamp around a single conductor and measure AC current up to 400 A. With the test leads connected, the meter measures AC and DC voltage up to 600 V, resistance, capacitance and frequency, tests continuity and diodes, and with a temperature probe it measures temperature.

The NCV tip on the jaws detects AC voltage in a socket or an insulated cable and indicates it with an audible signal, a red LED and segments on the display.

Current without breaking the circuit
The jaws clamp around the conductor and measure AC current up to 400 A, so you do not need to disconnect the installation to take a reading.
Low capacitance with REL correction
For capacitance below 100 nF, REL mode subtracts the capacitance of the test leads themselves from the reading.
Warnings at high values
From 30 V AC or 60 V DC the display shows a high-voltage warning, and at currents from 400 A the meter gives an audible signal and the alarm symbol flashes.
